10 years in software development is a lot of time. Many things had changed since
2005 - technologies, workflows, approaches. But the thing that would and will
never change is our dedication to the work we do.
It might be hard to start, but then, after 10 years of challenging projects,
creative solutions and clients of all kinds, it was getting more and more
exciting with each new project.
Although working with machines and codes was a piece of cake, still interacting
with people and in a team - that is a whole different story. Reckless judgement,
non-constructive criticism or professional error can negate the business
environment in the team, provoke the conflict. As our team, at that time,
included around 40 devs, and we were geared to augment the number of staff, so
that to implement all the income project development queries, we realized that
a wise, cold-minded HR manager was wanted.
