J2EE DEVELOPER

• Strong understanding of principles of object-oriented programming and design
• Ability to learn new technologies and apply them
• Quick-learning and flexible thinking
• Knowledge of the J2EE technology, Servlets and JSP is a must
• Experience with SQL frameworks (iBATIS, Hibernate) is a plus
• Experience with version control systems
• Understanding of commercial software development principles, ability to adapt code to changing requirements for the product
• Ability to precisely plan and schedule the work, successfully meet deadlines
• Technical English, technical writing skills

JUNIOR JAVA DEVELOPER

• General programming experience in any language (object-oriented is a plus)
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, apply them in practice
• Thinking flexibility, ability to solve problems in different ways
• Technical English (reading)

JAVASCRIPT DEVELOPER

• Strong in JavaScript basics, differences of language implementations in Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari browsers is a must
• Ability to work with DOM 1/2, XML and DHTML
• Understanding of nature and purposes of DTD
• Experience with AJAX, jQuery and/or prototype frameworks
• Knowledge of XSL transformations desirable
